Any company meeting the above conditions can apply to become the agent of Shenzhen Jingda Technology Co., Ltd., and provide copies of business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and legal person ID card. After verification and confirmation, the company will issue an official distribution agency certificate and license to ensure all its rights within the scope of authorization.

The sales regions and channels for the agency of the brand Xianshan:

There are no restrictions on sales regions and sales channels. Online e-commerce platforms, offline physical stores and offline agents can be sold.

（1） Online e-commerce platform:

When Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Alibaba, Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms sell the glitter luminous dress products, each store needs to submit an online e-commerce platform sales filing application form, store name, store ID number, store link, etc. to Party A. The product can be put on the shelves only after the application form is approved and sealed by Party A.

（2） Sales of offline physical stores:

Location of physical stores

The address of the brand store of glitter luminous dress is preliminarily confirmed by Party B and approved by Party A.

Decoration, publicity and service

Party B shall carry out decoration construction in a unified image according to the design drawings of Party A's glitter luminous dress shop, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B, and the photos shall be taken and sent to Party A for filing. Party A shall, according to the actual purchase amount and region of Party B, put the corresponding advertising expenses as appropriate, and assist in online publicity.

Goods distribution and logistics mode

The address of the brand store of glitter luminous dress is preliminarily confirmed by Party B and approved by Party A.

Supply price

Party B shall pick up the goods at Party A's national unified ex factory price (50% off the tag price). Party B's first distribution shall not be less than 50000 yuan, and Party B shall choose to replenish the goods at its own discretion. Party A shall not be responsible for returning or replacing the goods.

Exchange goods

If Party B returns the goods to Party A due to the quality problem of the goods, Party A has the right not to replace the goods because it ensures that the goods are clean, intact and complete with accessories.

Delivery method

Party B entrusts Party A to deliver goods on behalf of Party B, and Party A requires Party B to insure the goods. The mode of transportation shall be designated by Party B, and the transportation fees, insurance premiums and other related expenses incurred shall be borne by Party B.

Receiving inspection

After receiving the goods from Party A, Party B shall immediately open the box for inspection, verify the quantity and quality, and send the inspection results to Party A by email within three days. If Party B does not send an email to Party A, Party A will consider that the quantity is correct and the quality is qualified.

Store management

Party A shall provide Party B with a complete set of materials and documents for store management. Party A has the right to put forward suggestions for improvement if the store opened by Party B does not meet Party A's requirements.

Personnel training

The personnel employed by Party B shall receive pre job training before taking up their posts. If the training cannot be carried out due to limited conditions, Party A may conduct the training on behalf of Party B.

06.

Information feedback

Party B shall submit the sales details and sales status analysis of this week every Sunday. The actual inventory shall be reported to Party A by email on the 25th of each month. Party A shall deliver and replenish the goods in time to help Party B analyze the market situation.

07.

Other

Party B is the operator of glittering clothing, and shall be responsible for its own profits and losses. All issues related to leasing, taxation, etc. shall be handled by Party B itself, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility.

（3） Offline agency sales:

The sales method is not restricted. The sales price, incentive policies and restrictive measures shall be strictly implemented in accordance with offline physical stores.
